Centralizing the offer and simplifying the quoting process.
Primir is a platform specialized in graphic arts and custom products that connects people, brands and companies with a network of suppliers to bring their ideas to life in printing, signage, packaging, POP materials, textiles and much more. It needed to present a wide variety of products, let customers request quotes easily and connect each order with the right supplier, without handling every request by hand.

- Coordinating quote response times when an order depends on an external supplier rather than in-house inventory
- Keeping catalog information (price, availability) consistent across what each supplier offers
Key learning
A printing business scales better by coordinating a network of suppliers than as a single plant trying to cover the whole catalog. The platform has to reflect that: flexible quoting instead of fixed prices, and a supplier portal that is a product in itself, not an appendix to the sales site.
